SQL Server Connection problem

  • Hello everyone, i m suing SQLServer 2005, my server works fine, but now when i trying to logi to my web

application, it gives me error, when i opend the database it gives me following error:

"A connection was successfully established with the server, but then an error occured during the login process. (provider: TCP Provider, error:0 - An existing connection was

forcibly closed by the remote host.)(microsoft SQL Server, Error: 10054)"

If i refersh my database and run quries in the QA, it returns the result, but

when i right click on the table and select open table, it gives me error.

Kindly tell me how can i correct this proble, as after googling i found 2 solutions but both r not working at my side.

still same error. The solutions i tried are:

    1) SQLExpress creates a directory per user in "c:\Documents and Settings\\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Microsoft SQL Server Data\SQLEXPRESS" that it uses to store information. Deleting this directory has fixed problem. (But not at my side :()

    2) Restart IIS.

plz reply me asap. Its urgent.

    Thanx in Advance.

    1. Are you using SQLEXPRESS ?

    2. Check the SQL Server log files for any Error Message regarding login issues then post back.
