Hi there, I've been searching quite a bit online to find a tutorial for ERwin that would take me through the steps of the data modeling. I have seen basic tutorials, but I'm wondering if there is a complete guide to ERwin? Or a tutorial that goes deeper in the modeling ER and E-ER Diagrams, and relations. I would greatly appreciate your help. Thank you.

I don't think you're going to have much luck. Not many people have bothered putting a lot of work into doing vids on erwin at all, much less anything really detailed.
