Toad SQL Server keeps crashing in almost every feature/screen

Hi,

I have tried installing all kinds of versions of Toad for SQL Server.
Trial, Freeware...... but all of them just crashes and gives me the
following exception -

System.IO.FileLoadException
Retrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID
{100202C1-E260-11CF-AE68-00AA004A34D5} failed due to the following error:
8007045a.

This happens in most of the screens in Toad for SQL Server.
Can any one help me try and use this tool
