Probably not the forum for questions - there may be a way to do this. I just emailed another member because his question required me answer with some pictures. This is parially because describing it with words was just way more work than I wanted to invest.
So, I put some instructions and a few screen shots into a word document for him.
It would be nice to be able to post something like this to a forum.

Just below here, when you're replying, there's a section called "Post Options". I've attached a screen shot. This section stays open or closed, depending on how you last set it.
In there is a button called "Edit attachments". Click this and it will pop up an upload window. Hit post, and your image/code is attached.
