Hi all,

I have a table in xyz database and there is no column in table like creation_date or modified_date.

The problem is I want to delete records which has been added in the table before 1st jan 2007.

The size of table is 85 GB

Immediate help would be appriciable.

Regards,
Austin

Without some other way of identifying the date, it'd be your guess.

Is there a date in a table which relates to xyz table? Any historical references at all?

Thanks for reply,

There are no columns in the table which show history inf.

I think the best solution is to create the script for the objects which has been created after 31/12/2006. Then I can restore the database from 31/12/2006 backup and then I can executed the script.

Austin
