Great script.

I have just come across an issue with it, I have just taken over a SQL Server 2005 and one of the databases is named with a space i.e. "TEST DB" instead of "TEST_DB", the script will not report out on this naming convention, any ideas?

Can this script not be run without a sa account. I can run dbcc checkdb with my normal account previlages. But in this script the logs record that my login failed. What am I missing?
