Having read this interview I found it to be just about completely devoid of any significant SQL information (maybe I missed it?)...  my conclusion, Jerome seems like a nice guy and well spoken....

Agreed, this could be a 'getting to know you' press release from MS themselves! How about some more searching questions about the advocacy that takes place? What are the challenges with performance, scaleability? How does the SQL Server team debate and decide those issues? etc, etc
