The developers received this query on the secondary read-intent instance of AlwaysON and did not notify DBA (this was on a DEV environment). Problem is the server was started that evening as we had patch maintenance.
"Transaction aborted when accessing versioned row in table 'dbo.Table' in database 'Database'. Requested versioned row was not found because the readable secondary access is not allowed for the operation that attempted to create the version. This might be timing related, so try the query again later."
Note: we are running active-active always on cluster. Server A has all OLTP databases replicating to server B. Server B houses all Vendor databases and is used for all read-intent queries.
I can't find anything online.

can you reproduce this under normal circumstances?
