SSDT 2010 or 2012?

    While fighting to get a TFS plugin for SSDT 2010, I found this link to SSDT 2012. Looking it over, it says it works with VS 2012 but does not say if this works with SQL 2012 or if it's a tool for SQL 2014.

    We're not on SQL 2014 yet and I need to know if I can install this and use it for upgrading SSIS packages from SQL 2005 / 2008 to 2012. Does anyone know the answer to this?
