DatabaseMail.exe Event Name: APPCRASH Debugger could not be started because no user is logged on

  • We have 2 Mail profiles set to send alters in SQL, one is default and used by the agent, and the second one is for user type alerts (each got different sequence_number). Every now and then, the databasemail.exe crashed only during when an alert is fired from the second profile. We get the following msg. This only happens when the system is trying to send an email using the second profile, a lot of times it works but sometimes it does not work thus we do not get the email. Any idea how to auto start databasemail.exe if APPCRASH happens or how to go about this issue to resolve it?!
