We have different environments, for testing purpose, we use deploy report and it uses the same shared datasource name and deploy report easily on same Reporting Server. Now when we change the connection string from development to Test environment, the datasource for the report need to be passed.
1- How to dynamically change the data source of report, RDL on runtime?
2- Incase of High availability environment and failover if occured, how users will get the other available database connection dynamically?
Please let me know how others are doing in this situation by automated/dynamic connection changes? and what is best/recommended way to resolve it?
