Integrate SSRS 2012 & SharePoint 2013

  • I have recently upgrade my SQL 2005 to SQL 2012. Some of my SSRS Subscription reports I would like to have a link or email go out to the users so they can click on it to view the report (which I want to be residing in SharePoint) instead of everyone receiving a copy of the report. This can be done using SharePoint 2010 or should I wait next month when we upgrade to SharePoint 2013. Also to do this do I just need to create a document library in SharePoint where the report is going to reside (and deploy that report to that location in Visual Studio), do SSRS need to be set for SharePoint Integration mode. Thank you in advance for your advice.

  • You need to integrate SSRS into SharePoint.

Need an answer? No, you need a question

  • That's what I figure. If the SharePoint Farm was setup 1st the I will need to check to see if SSRS Server services is loaded if not then install it, , check to see if the Webserver Front-End Add-Ins are loaded as well as any other services and SSRSProxy, etc.
