I am using SQL SERVER 2008. I want to make distributed sites for my project. can anybody help me to this matter?
and also i want sample dataset for my project . can anybody provide me the dataset?

SQL Server doesn't do scale-out (distributed systems) at all well.
What are you trying to do and why?

That's a big topic and not one that's going to be answered well within a forum post like this. I'd suggest starting out reading this article from the SQL CAT blog. There's probably more up to date information on this topic, but I wanted to make sure that what you saw was applicable to 2008. It'll get you started.
