Reporting server security issue in reporting manager

  Hi,

  Recently, we migrated a sql2008 reporting databases to a 2012 db server and everything went well but i got the below error today when i tried to add a new user in home page security or report folder security. i verified this user in site settings security and reports security in reporting manager (GUI) and user exist with a different domain called "domain1" which used to be with "domain0".

  I verified the users table in reporting db and this user does exist with a domain called "domain0" and i tried to delete the entry in the reporting manager which is "domain1\user" and it throws the same error.

  I have asked the user to login with "domain0\user" and run some randomly and user is able to run but it throws the below error when somebody try to add a new user to report security or site setting.

  By the way, user have system administrator permissions in reporting manager and content manager role on all reports.

  How can i fix it? why the reporting manager shows the user with a different domain does not exist in AD or in users table? please suggest me further.

  Error: The user or group name 'domain1\user' is not recognized. (rsUnknownUserName)
