Have hopefully an easy question here.
RegisterAllProvidersIP - When needing to disable this, it has to be done at the listener level correct? I see that in my own lab, it's turned off for the entire cluster by default; however the listeners always create with a value of 1. Simply trying to understand that (if desired) can you by default have all listeners created have this disabled?
