Cannot figure out how these backups are happening.
No backups have been scheduled from within SQL Server or outside of SQL Server

You may very well have an external source that's configured to take database backups.
I had a situation once where the network operations team had Backup Exec running SQL Server backups. They were taking a full backup and it was scheduled from a completely different server.
The GUID names suggest a similar situation. My advice is to talk to your network team and find out what they have running.

Thank You Ed,
I contacted the network team and they identified the tool(Cobian) which was calling window's Volume Shadow Copy Services.

No problem. That type of thing can be difficult to track down sometimes. I'm glad you found your answer.
