  Hi,

  OS: Windows Server 2008R2 64bit

  MSSQL: 2005 64bit

  Oracle client installed (side by side)

  12c 32Bit full

  12c 64 Bit full

  Configured tnsnames and sqlnet.ora in both versions.

  I can connect to oracle server via command line , so it seems that oracle is functional.

  I have created 2 linked server

  1- With "Microsoft OLEDb provider for oracle" and got following error while executing linked server with openquery

  ""Oracle client and networking components were not found. These components are supplied by Oracle Corporation and are part of the Oracle Version 7.3.3 or later client software installation."

  2- With "Oracle OLE Db Provider" and got following error on linkedserver test

  "Cannot create an instance of OLE DB provider "OraOLEDB.Oracle" for linked server "abc2"

  What else I am missing to make it work ?
