Trouble Installing SP3

  I am trying to install SP3 for SQL Server 2008 R2 and when i double click on the file it extracts and then I am prompted for User Access Control - Do you want to allow...

  Then nothing happens.

  I have tried run as administrator, I have rebooted the server, I have even tried shutting down the SQL Server and Agent Service and no luck

  Any ideas would be appreciated.

  I suggest to re-download the Service Pack again.
