Job Description
We are seeking a DBA professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will work with the DBA team primarily responsible for building, maintaining, administering and supporting databases in our environment. The DBA will also be involved in the planning and development of database, monitoring and solving performance issues, maintaining integrity and security of the database environment as well as troubleshooting any issues on behalf of the users. The role requires an effective team player as the DBA team works closely with IT project managers, development and QA teams as well as end-users to meet the requirements and goals of the organization. On-call troubleshooting experience is a must to maintain our high availability, high volume environment.

Specific Requirements
•5+ years experience with Microsoft SQL Server is required
•Expertise in Microsoft SQL Server 2005 and 2008 is required, 2012 a Plus.

oUser-Defined Functions, User-Defined Data Types
oPowerShell
•Experience in all aspects of MS SQL Administration
oBackup and Recovery
oMonitoring (DMVs, Extended Events, Alerts, etc)
oInstallation and Configuration
•MS SQL Server monitoring and performance tuning experience
•Specific knowledge of SSIS and SSRS technologies
•Experience with disaster recovery topologies

•Strong Support & troubleshooting skills
