fail job scheduled when package fails

    Hi

    I have one of my sql agent job scheduled and it is always success though the package execution fails.

    I want the job to be failed when the package fails.

    can you give me an idea how to do it.

    sql server 2008r2

    Open the job step on which you do have issue and select advance property. See the value of 'On failure action' this might be setup wrongly?
