Hello everyone, I am currently working with an organisation on reporting profile as business support coordinator. I have done MCA and now I am planning to dod MSBI. It will be helpful to grow in my career?

Depends on how you want your career to look like.
BI certainly is an exciting field to work on, so if you like working with data and visualizations this might be a good choice for you.
Although I suspect your question is maybe like "Will I make more money?"...
