Hi,

i have on big stored proc , which generates some tabels to be used for reporting, it takes lot of time.
some times it gives tempdb clean up problem , i think it is related to log file . please tel me about it and
how i can perform the task in 2005 and 2008.

What do you mean by tempdb clean up? Usually SP use tempdb for temporary calcuation and you need to fine tune stored proc which help to improve performance.
