Hey Im very new to SQL so I joined this forum hopeful somebody could help me with a little thing . I have my database exported .sql . And I only want to seperate emails from the databse is that possible ??

Welcome to the forums and SQL.
Files with extension .sql are simple text files with scripts. You can't query them as a database.
If you want help over skype or PM, most folks here will charge you with consultant fees. The idea of the forum is to share knowledge with everyone and not just one person.
