We have a custom report in SSRS that works fine but we are unable to create a subscription. We're running SQL 2008 R2, Windows 2012. The service account for SSRS is a domain account like DOMAIN\server1. I've verified that the service account has permissions needed in master, msdb, ReportServer, and ReportServerTempDB for the RSEexec role. The service account is the same as the SQL agent service account, so it should have permissions to create a job. The custom report uses a shared data source which uses "Credentials stored securely in the report server", and this SQL login has RSExec role permssions.

When trying to create the subscription I see these errors in the log file:
The extension Report Server Email does not have a LocalizedNameAttribute.
The extension Report Server FileShare does not have a LocalizedNameAttribute.
ERROR: Microsoft.ReportingServices.Diagnostics.Utilities.ReportServerStorageException: An error occurred within the report server database. This may be due to a connection failure, timeout or low disk condition within the database. ---> System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException: The transaction ended in the trigger. The batch has been aborted.
Sorry - You have no access permissions.

Three of us have been working on this for over a day, with no success. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!
Elizabeth
