Hi Folks,

Hope all are well!!
I have the requirement to display some text message(like you are the responsible for the data protection) before exporting data from SSRS to different rendering formats.
For eg: Once the user clicks on the Export option in SSRS designer then it should allow us to display the text message (for eg:like an warning in textbox or Pop up..anything is fine).
Is it possible in SSRS?
Any help appreciated. Many thanks in advance.

Unless you simply embed the text in the report, no. You would have to build some sort of custom application (ASP.Net) to deal with a disclaimer as you describe.

If you enbed as suggested you could then hide the text when exported so it doesnt appear on your output file (to do you need 2008 or above).
