Nice job working to keep it fresh and current. And before I start asking for anything, thanks for providing this service to us all each day. I am sure it is a huge amount of work, but I really appreciate it in my inbox each day.

I am with many of the rest as far as being too narrow with too much white space. And agree the "contents" should be up top. Also one of the best parts, the Editorial, should stand out a bit more like it used too. One or two articles are often read each day, but the Editorial is read almost every day.

Again, thanks for doing all this!

I really like the new look, but I wish it was wider.
I miss the highlights at the top, but I think I would miss it less if the articles were wider (and thus consume less vertical space).

I don't care for the new format - too narrow for a standard 17" monitor display, prefer the previous format. Please don't change the database weekly news as I really like it in the current format.

I'll reiterate the call to return the list of the day's featured articles to the top of the page. That feature made it very easy to quickly scan the newsletter for articles I'm interested in without having to scroll down.

Please keep your old format. The new one is inconvenient.

+1 FAR TOO NARROW AND UNREADABLE.

I have two wide screens. This new layout uses one tiny little eighth of my screen estate.
If you need a mobile format at least give us the choice of full screen or mobile versions though personally I don't use my mobile (Windows phone) to read work email.

Please let us know what you think about the new design in the discussion for this article, with any comments or suggestions you have.

Are any of the suggestions posted here going to be implemented? I'd prefer the old format if we're going to have to wait for long...

The next disaster has struck.
Since July 17, the QOD (question of the day) has no "yesterday's answer" anymore. Why?
Please "consult" the responsible manager for these changes.

+ another 1.

I've found myself in the last few days just scrolling down the email to get to the QotD, and have stopped reading the rest. Partly due to lack of time, but the new format seems to make things harder to spot at a glance, you have to concentrate more to find things (apart from QotD!).
