Hi all,
Previous DBA has deleted the databases with out disabling the log shipping configuration. so when i am trying to see reports and log shipping status i am seeing alerts for log shipping for which even the databases are not exist in the instance. i can see some kind of alerts in error log as well. how to disable these alerts.

sql server agent>alerts>Log shipping_<xyz>
right click and disable on both primary,secondary

i tried your suggestion it doesnt help. i am seeing in custom reports ... log shipping status .. and i find the alerts are still there ...
