How can set the sharepoint integrated mode (on) for Reporting Service if Reporting Service is already install on the server, would the DVD has to be loaded again or is there a value with I can turn on?

I'm able to select an existing database from the drop down list however "Native Mode" stays it doesn't allow me to switch.

You probably have to create a new database instead of just changing the one that you currently have. If you have many reports configured in your current database, you can use a tool like Reporting Service Scripter to migrate reports.
Definitely test in a dev environment first.
