Hi everyone ,

i have a query regarding the SQL SERVER 2008 r2 clustering , we have now one cluster on the same site , we would like to have multiple site clustering , can we move one of the current node to another location?
do we need to re install sql server on this cluster to work ?

Thank you all for your help .

You will likely need changes to your network infrastructure and shared storage infrastructure but you should be able to relocate the once you have the above sorted

thank you for feedback , beside network and storage , do we need to do any reconfiguration for SQL Server. or once the cluster is setup, it will work with already installed sql server that was configured to run as cluster on same location.

i really appreciated your help.
