Cannot initialize the data source object of OLE DB provider "Microsoft.ACE.OLEDB.12.0" for linked server "(null)".

I have already tried

USE [master]
GO
EXEC master . dbo. sp_MSset_oledb_prop N’Microsoft.ACE.OLEDB.12.0′ , N’AllowInProcess’ , 1
GO

EXEC master . dbo. sp_MSset_oledb_prop N’Microsoft.ACE.OLEDB.12.0′ , N’DynamicParameters’ , 1
GO

n also updated registory
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL.??\Providers\Microsoft.ACE.OLEDB.12.0\DisallowAdhocAccess to 0.

your linked server, is it for an excel spreadsheet, or an access database?

I've never gotten Access to work in Ace / 64 bit, but i've read creating a DSN, and using that is one way to fix that issue.
