I have two servers networked but not on a domain, just separate Workgroups. I am able to ping both servers and share folders, however, when I try to restore a database in Server2 from a backup file on a shared folder from Server1 I get this message:

"
Msg 3201, Level 16, State 2, Line 1
Cannot open backup device '\\Server1\LSBackup\LSTesting.bak'. Operating system error 1326(Logon failure: unknown user name or bad password.).
"

Anyone know what I can do to get this restore to work? I've given full permission on that folder to any account that accesses it. I know I can move the file over to a local folder on Server2 but I'm trying to get Log Shipping to work as well.

Thanks
