Hi all

I am working mostly with SQL Server and the BI tools, and have the 2008(R2) and 2012 MS SQL Client tools installed on my workstation. Now i have a requirement to develop a small ASP.Net application, so i have to have VS with ASP.net templates on my workstation. In the past i have had bad experiences installing VS together with MS SQL Client Tools, so my question is: Since i have already BIDS and SSDT based on VS, is there any way to install the ASP.Net templates into one of these? any help are greatly appreciated.

Best regards Torben

While those tools do have the VS shell, you'll still have to do a Visual Studio install to get the ASP.NET aspects installed.
