is it possible to create a PPTR replication in one server(node). Both publisher and subscriber in one SQL 2008 server?

Yes it is possible but there will be a lot of "activity" on the server, especially if it's a busy server.
Why would you want it all on the same box? Is the distributor on a different machine?
