I configured mirroring with High safety with automatic failover (synchronous) option.

Now I want to change my operating mode to High Performance (Asynchronous) but getting all options disabled.

How can I change it? Please help me.

High performance mode is available only in Enterprise edition.

Run this command in principal.
Alter database dbname set partner safety Off

as already mentioned high performance is only available in enterprise edition, which edition is your instance running?
