bcp.exe is a command line utility for importing and exporting to text.
it supports using a query, so you can construct a query that uses a WHERE clause that limits your data.

if you have xp_cmdshell enabled, you could call it from TSQl as well, but remember it is a command line program
bcp "SELECT object_name(object_id) As TbLName,name as ColName FROM SandBox.sys.columns  WHERE create_date > DATEADD(dd, -30,GETDATE()) ORDER BY object_name(object_id), column_id" queryout C:\Data\Objects.txt -t"|" -c -T
