Hi Experts,
Team is complaining that their database is slower than usual and reports are not getting generating and everything is in queue. I checked the server and didnt find anything unsual other than three jobs which where using high physical io.
Checked CPU,MEMORY
Blocking
Is there anything need to check other than this initially??
I found one thing strange is that when connected through ssms the server was showing red(normally stopped) but was able to connect and query.

go to the services section and check the status " running or stopped" ?

I found two servers showing the red stop icon i checked the services and its showing running for one server and stopped for the other one.

Check if it is related with above mentioend reporting server and wheher it is intentionally stoped ?
