| I have a test "helpdesk" database, created by Spiceworks on which I would like to run some queries and import to Excel. I have set up an ODBC connection to Excel and I use Microsoft Query to connect to the database from Excel. I can read in whole tables without a problem, but when I try to run a filter (e.g. to show those tickets created after a certain date), it crashes and I get this message "Microsoft Query has stopped working". I'm on Windows 7, and I have tried the same thing on 2 PCs with the same result.
