Can anyone help me to get this problem resolution. I want to rename one of my logshipping secondary database without removing existing logshipping.

I don't think you can without taking the log shipping offline and then rebuilding it.

You don't remove Log shipping completely, the Primary configuration stays in place.
You'll need to remove the current secondary database and add the new secondary database
