Hi
I am trying to apply SP4 on sql server 2005
(Database Services (MSSQLSERVER) ENU SP2 2005.090.3050.00).
unfortunately i am getting the error like

Do you have any files with more detail of the error? If so please can you attach them - it is not possible to work out the cause of the problem just by using this Summary file.

The system is wanting to upgrade a x64 version of SQLWriter but you are running on a x86 machine. It looks like you are trying to apply the x64 version of the service pack and you need to use the x86 version.

I am getting this same error. I have checked and double checked and re-downloaded the x86 version of SP4 just to make sure. I am using the 32 bit version of SP4 and still have these errors.
