How can I justify my answer for installing Anlysis Services and Integration Services on Virtual Machine for Production Server?
The scenario is I don't have any details of Cube growth and how the data is fed into the cubes but management is asking for justifiaction why VM is not a good choice for Analysis services and Integration Services?

The answer doesn't change. The question is not 'can we put it on a virtual', the question is 'does the server (virtual or bare metal) have enough resources'
These days, with the power of modern servers and the virtualisation technology available the questions shouldn't be 'can we virtualise this', the question should be 'is there a really good reason not to virtualise this'
