Can someone please help me out.
For your information:

CPU Usage -- 100 % and Physical memory -- 89% and Nework utilization -- 0.06%.
O/s -- ->Microsoft(R) Windows(R) Server 2008, Enterprise without Hyper-V
SQL Server edition---> Microsoft SQL Server2005 Standard Edition
The no of processors on the server---> 8 Processors [Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5405 @ 2.00GHz,1995 Mhz,4 core(s),4 logical Processor(s),Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5405 @ 2.00GHz,1995 Mhz,4 core(s),4 logical Processor(s)]
AWE enabled , Min Server memory 10240 MB and Max Server memory 30720 MB
Max Degree of Parallelism ---> 0
Max worker threads --- > 0
NOTE : Tlog backups were failing at certain time( ERROR No: 12291).
