Error during package Deployment

  I get the following error when I deploy a package to SQL server. But I can successfully deploy this package to other servers. So I am thinking it is a server issue.

  "Could not save the package "c:\sample\sample.dtsx" to SQL server "local"

  Addition Information:

  Catastrophic Failure"

  Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
