Brock, a good friend of mine wrote a plug-in for Auto Complete and a lot more for Visual Studio 2003 and 2005 - called SqlAssist. He is busy working on the same plug-in for SSMS. I have tested the beta version and it's almost ready. You can check it out at http://www.roundpolygons.com
