Thank you,the guy didn't know about all that  and he just restored without encrytption keys.I went back to the old server and run the - backup master key to file = ' E:\temp|Testkey' encryption by password = ........

I am getting an error ' cannot find the symmetric key 'master key',because it does not exist or you do not have permission.
