    Hi,

    i am trying to a alert  when ever  fail over is happened on my always servers like changing primary instance to secondary instance one to other .
    can any one help me on this.

    This link has example alerts for always on - check the one for role change:

    Don't forget that you likely want to setup a response for the alert (execute a job, send email, etc). You don't have to but likely you would want to.
