What can I do or what do I wrong, it is win 10 entreprise and SQL server evalution 2016

  • From my point of view you quite simply don't have the permissions to perform the installation.

Have you tried starting the Installation with elevated privileges (Run As Administrator)?

The Red Cross though the user normally means the account is disabled. Have you checked it?

What Kevaburg said. I believe you also need to have local administrator on the machine to install it.

  • Thanks

I have reinstalled my windows 10 and run new installation of SQL server 2016 eval as Administrator, now it is disappeared, BUT then a new issue , and can see that a lot have this issue when search at google.

I get this error if I am an administrator or not, whether it is SQL Server 2014 or 2016? express or evaluation ?

See pictures below send as 2016.jpg ??

There is a lot of solution on the internet, but NO of them can handle it

I have tried the Sql configuration manager to start the services, see picture below manager.jpg
