So u agree that it's better to install it when installing SQL server
If it's a development machine, I wouldn't worry about it one way or the other, but for a production server, yes.
If you haven't even tried to resolve your issue, please don't expect the hard-working volunteers here to waste their time providing links to answers which you could easily have found yourself.
