Unable to connect to Reporting Services using Form Authentication

  Hi,

  I was trying out SSRS Form Authentication(custom security) by following the steps from msftrsprodsamples.codeplex.com.

  But I am stuck at this point:

  After modifying all the necessary configuration files and cs files, my log-in aspx pages appearing but I can't log in to report server. At the same time I can't log in to Reporting service via SSMS.

  The error messages are:

  -An error occurred while attempting to get the ReportServer Url. Invalid parameter -when I try to log in via Report Manager URL.

  -An error occurred while attempting to verify the user.A network-related or instance-specific error occurred while establishing a connection to SQL Server. The server was not found or was not accessible. Verify that the instance name is correct and that SQL Server is configured to allow remote connections. (provider: SQL Network Interfaces, error: 25 - Connection string is not valid)-when trying to log in via Web Service URL.

  -The user name or password is not valid or you do not have permission to access this server-when trying to connect Reporting Services via SSMS(either in Win Authentication mode and Form Authentication mode)

  I have already switch to Admin Mode to my machine using cmd.

  Anyone have solution or any prior experience, pls share.
