I download survey data from our providers. The companies participating want that the users filling out the online questionaire cannot select there direct manager (this would be a self coding) instead they deliver the hierachy (probably mostly within an excel document) or you could say the organization tree.
Now I have the problem that I do not have any experience with this kind of workflow and would like to see how you would handle this kind of post-coding.
