    without your table definition so we know what you are auditing, we cannot help much, but what you can do is simply insert into your audit table, from the sys.tables structure for example.

    INSERT INTO DDLChangeTrackerTable(TableName, OtherColumns)

    SELECT

    name AS TableName

    OtherColumns

    FROM sys.tables
